Use Oil Change to Update
Software
- Double-click the Oil Change icon on
your desktop.
- If required, type your member name
and your password on the main Oil Change window.
To have Oil Change use that password each time you log on
to the CyberMedia ActiveHelp server, select the Remember
my password check box. This check box should be selected
by default.
- Click Start.
Oil Change does the following:

Checks
your computer for an existing list of products. If it
finds one, Oil Change asks if you want to use this list
or have Oil Change rescan your computer for products. |

Connects
to the CyberMedia ActiveHelp server and checks for
updates. |
|
Lists
the updates in the Supported Applications and Drivers
dialog box |
Tip
You should let Oil Change rescan your
computer when you have installed new hardware and software
since the last time Oil Change scanned.
