On the main Oil Change window, click
Oil Change Support.
Oil Change displays the Technical Support dialog box.
Click Start Web Browser.
Oil Change uses your Internet connection to connect to
the CyberMedia Web site and displays the Support page.
On the Support page, click Oil
Change to go to the Oil Change Support page.
On the Oil Change Support page,
click Find Password.
A new page appears.
Type in your member name in the Member name box.
Click Find Password. Oil Change
sends an encrypted message containing your password to
the email address that you provided when your first
registered with CyberMedia.
Note
Be sure that your Internet connection
is available before you start your Web browser.
