Responding to its customers’ need-for-speed, CyberMedia has unleashed the fastest UnInstaller ever, capable of scanning customers hard drives four times faster than before. Sporting a completely redesigned engine along with the latest in uninstalling technology, the new version features an Advanced Registry Cleaning Capability that scans twice as many registry sections in less time than any other current product in its category.

All systems were tested with the same criteria: Pentium II 300MHz, 64MB RAM, Drive C= 2.93GB (2.57GB used), Drive D= 3.92GB (747MB used)

Like its predecessor, the new UnInstaller provides customers with the peace of mind they want by ensuring that critical system files or files that are shared by other programs remain intact during the cleaning process. Some of the new safety features found in this version include:

• The Installation BackTrack Monitor - As a new program is installed, this feature allows users to take a "snapshot" of the current system configuration and save it as a backup file. By creating a backup, customers can remove unwanted files and applications without risk.
• Customization Interview - Using a series of questions, UnInstaller will customize the program to match the specific needs of each user. UnInstaller Deluxe runs on any IBM or 100-percent fully compatible 486 or higher PC. An Internet connection, modem, and 4X CD-ROM drive are recommended.
