Rekhi
Chairman
of the Board and Chief Executive Officer |
Kanwal Rekhi has served as Chairman of the Board
of the Company since February 1998 and as a director since September
1995. From June 1989 to January 1995, Mr. Rekhi served as an executive
vice president and chief technology officer of Novell, Inc., a local
area network and software company. Mr. Rekhi was a director at Novell
from June 1989 to September 1995. Mr. Rekhi currently serves as a
director at Exodus Communications, Inc., an internet data center company.
Mr. Rekhi holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology of
Bombay, India, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan
Technological University.

Jim
Tolonen
President and Chief Operating Officer |
Mr. Tolonen was formerly the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer at Novell, Inc. where he served for nine years. In addition
to his role as Board Member and Chief Operating Officer for CyberMedia,
Inc., Mr. Tolonen also serves as Chairman of the NASDAQ Issuer Committee
and is a member of the California Association of CPAs and the Software
Publishers Association. Prior to joining Novell, he was the CFO at
Excelan, where he guided the company from a small, privately held
technology house, to a multi-million dollar publicly held company
until its eventual merger with Novell. Mr. Tolonen holds both a Master's
Degree in Business and a Mechanical Engineering degree, each from
the University of Michigan.

Chari
Co-founder and Vice President of Marketing |
Dr. Chari has served as Vice President of Marketing since co-founding
the Company in November 1991. From November 1991 to August 1996, Dr.
Chari also served as director of the Company. From July 1990 to October
1991, he served as Director of Marketing for NetLabs, Inc. Dr. Chari
holds a B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute
of Technology of Delhi, India; an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute
of Management of Ahmedabad, India; and a Ph.D. in Business from the
University of California, Los Angeles.

Davis
Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Product Group
|
Mr. Davis was Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Novell,
where his achievements in developing international marketing and distribution
strategies helped to establish Novell as the world leader in networking
products. As Vice President and General Manager of Novell's Connectivity
Products Group, Davis successfully pioneered the development of the
company's enterprise product. Utilizing 16 years of technical marketing
experience, he is responsible for developing and implementing long-range
strategies to increase the company's position in the retail market,
and to expand its presence in OEM, corporate, international and government
channels. Mr. Davis graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a Masters of Business
degree from Santa Clara University.

Wike
Vice President of Finance |
Ms. Jane E. Wike joined CyberMedia in June 1997. From September of
1992 to June of 1997 she held various accounting positions including
Controller at ISOCOR, an internet and X.400 software solutions provider.
Ms. Wike is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business
Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.

Nancy
Tullos
Vice President, Human Resources |
Ms. Tullos' 20-year career in managing human resources includes 10
years as Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services
at Micropolis (USA) Inc., a manufacturer of high-end disk storage.
She has extensive international experience, was a leader in the company's
restructuring process, and authored corporate policy and human resource
programs for the firm's 3,000 employees. Ms. Tullos holds an MBA,
summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University.

Kucera
Vice President, Worldwide Retail Sales |
With 25 years of technical sales, marketing, and executive management
experience, Mr. Kucera's focus is on architecting the company's retail
sales and marketing strategies. He was President of First Byte, Inc.,
the leading supplier of text to speech software, and Chairman and
CEO of Swallowtail Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of data compression
software.

Teddy
Vice President, Engineering |
As a chief architect at Symantec, Mr. Teddy's technical and leadership
skills helped to create some of the most successful software in the
industry, including PCTools for Windows, Norton Navigator, CrashGuard,
XtreeGold, and Internet FastFind. Highly respected by engineers, Mr.
Teddy worked on early versions of Microsoft Windows and other award-winning
software. As CyberMedia's development director, Mr. Teddy helped to
create top business software including UnInstaller, GuardDog and AntiVirus.

Larry
Waggoner
Vice President, Operations |
Mr. Waggoner joined CyberMedia in February 1995 as the company controller
and its twelfth employee. Promoted to vice president of Operations
in July of 1997, he manages the Service, Manufacturing and IT/IS groups.
Mr. Waggoner has held various executive positions including President
of AMS an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Hewlett-Packard,
Director of Western Region at IDC, Controller at California Interactive
Computing and several years in the USAF. Mr. Waggoner holds a BA in
Management from Redlands University.
